  of course, how else would non Japanese speaking people read it? Also the country names are on the easier side of pronunciation, so not much is lost when using romanji, it’s not like in other SEA languages where tones are lost in Latin spelling

  well, while i understand sunsetting old online multiplayer games because hosting game servers is a non zero cost, i can’t understand the need for singleplayer games to be always connected and rendering them unplayable

  yeah, in dome languages it’s even more complicated, you have the thing called inflection, we have this here in Polish but some languages went overboard with this like Spanish for example, currently I’m learning Japanese via duolingo and i find it relatively simple
