I’m not 100% on the pitching down bit, but key would be to get a mic that has those frequencies in its range.

There’s a pretty big difference between being a billionaire and having a relationship. At the end of the day pursuing or discovering interests with a social aspect will result in making friends and here and there you’ll click with someone romantically. At the end of the day even if you’re lacking socially, it’s a learned skill and when there’s shared interest people will look over some things while you learn. As long as you put in the work to learn, you’ll improve.

Just out of curiosity regarding the emulator features, why? The assets for N64 games can’t possibly be suitable for that sort of fidelity and I’m sure that all those extra frames are just generated along with the entire ray tracing functionality.

That makes sense. Thanks!

I guess the cultural significance likely isn’t too massive and I suppose that at first glance the date might not even stand out. I would put money though that more Brits know what happened on the 4th of July though than say the 16th of August. As I mentioned in another comment the events of American Independence happened far earlier than any of the other colonies and under massively different circumstances which were much less voluntary on the British side. How many of the other colonies successfully gained independence through a war with the British empire at the peak of its power rather than due to treaties passed in an era with massive public sentiment against imperialism.

I will concede the point that there are a lot of days and it would be impractical to avoid all of them for elections. However, there is a pretty massive outlier. Most of those countries that were colonies gained independence after WW2 (Iraq and Afghanistan being notable exceptions) due to a strong shift in public sentiment against imperialism. The US on the other hand gained independence 200 years before any of the other countries on that list in a war between colonists and what at the time was one of the most powerful empires in the world. Culturally speaking I’m sure that even if they don’t care too much, British citizens are much more aware of the history of American Independence than most of the other countries on the list since it was a much more dramatic affair. I will say Irish independence would likely be more relevant to British citizens and come with a higher level of historical awareness and even emotional attachment.

Possibly off topic, but doesn’t it seem to be an interesting choice to hold a British election on July 4th?

I see what you’re saying, but for the sake of this end goal the difference between diluting by 1% (to 49.5 mg) vs 1 mg isn’t too big of a deal odds are they did it by percent of original nicotine, but the idea behind a taper stays pretty much the same.

One omnivore to another, try making beans this way. Get a regular sized can of beans (I usually use black beans) and drain out the liquid. You can use a colander or just pop open the lid a bit and put it upside down in the sink. Sautee half an onion diced up (or a whole onion if you really like them) in a splash of olive oil. Once it’s soft and getting a bit translucent chop up a clove or two of garlic and a chipotle pepper (get a small can of them in adobo sauce). Add them in and stir until you get some fragrance off them. From there add the beans and stir everything together right away until the onion is mixed in (and garlic with, don’t want to let the garlic burn). From there you can add in salt, pepper, and cumin. I also like to add oregano and if you’re feeling it you can add garlic powder and/or chili powder. From there you add some tomato sauce. For a standard size can I’ll usually use half. Basically add it to taste and feel since it tempers the spice and also makes it so the dish isn’t dry. From there I stir it all together and let the tomato sauce reduce stirring occasionally until I think it looks done or I’m hungry.
I love me a steak, but combined with some rice cooked with some sazon Goya I can live off these beans.

I think the argument to be made is that if China is cutting these corners the rest of the world shouldn’t do business with them. By choosing to use a factory that is using CFCs you are increasing demand for them.
