A lot of that scammy shit or doing stuff like surveys usually amounts to a pittance if not an outright loss and/or serious legal problems.
It sounds like you are looking to be hired into or create for yourself, a job of some kind: Find something you are good at already or go to school for whatever it is you want to learn/get certified for, work on making connections that'll help you get a job, and put in the work.

Doing nefarious things on the Internet is probably not much older than the Internet. That take sounds like something someone who wasn't around in the 90s would say. I still remember the Ping of Death, people abusing netsplits on IRC, scams, identity theft, fraud, etc. - this is not exactly a new thing and even predates the web.

Work out in the morning or integrate exercise into your commute: I ride a bike to work and walk everywhere I can. Depending on where you work, you might even be able to get in some body weight exercises, light cardio, etc. between stuff.
Do it in little bursts whenever you can, every little bit helps! Keep in mind also you cannot out-exercise a bad diet, so try to eat healthy nutritious meals as opposed to fast food trash.
