The mud bricks. They are BY FAR the cheapest to procure. No transportation fee because it’s right next to your house, and no materials fee because it’s free from the earth. It lasts decades with only minor patchwork repair needed. Anyone can do it and you can literally put up a house in a few days. It’s so good at insulation it hardly needs any AC or Heating. So your costs are absurdly low compared to any other building material. You can straight up put up a house for $10k

I did a podcas (I know 🙄), where we talked about how much better our civilization would run if we modeled it after a cell or organism. Like for example, only about 10% of the total amount of ATP generated by the mitochondria goes to the nucleus, so maybe the people in charge in America should only get about 10% of the total distributed wealth/resources

Superman 3 beats almost ANY action movie out there. It literally has everything you could want in a movie… it doesn’t take itself too seriously so it’s funny as hell, has actual character development unlike anything we’ve seen before or since in an superhero movie, cool but believable fight scenes, morally grey characters, and RICHARD PRYOR.
