In my use case I often don’t really need to change the humidity at all, I just want to cool down.

Nah im pretty sure my pc cooling fans are a bit louder than my ps5 ones, and they’re not that high pitched.

I guess youd need some water purifier involved though, which would probably get rid of any efficiency benefits
- Comment on Is there a portable swamp cooler with a window hose like air conditioners have? 1 week ago:
Could mitigate the water costs by draining the AC condensation into the swamp cooler 😅
- Comment on Is there a portable swamp cooler with a window hose like air conditioners have? 1 week ago:
I wonder if using a swamp cooler at the same time as AC would increase the efficiency 🤔

- Comment on What is it about humans when society rewards individuals with the power of millions they want to use it to fuck up society? 1 week ago:
The people that tend to be the best at ammassing the most wealth tend to be the ones who care the least about others.
They destroy society because the wealth/power they are ammassing is being stolen from society at large.
A couple of good videos on the topic:

Depends on the road, but yeah, some parts don’t have lights. I guess you’d call it a freeway in most places where it does.

Yep, you don’t normally see flood lights every 100m on a railway, but on a highway…

It can be invisible after the repair, but it can also sometimes leave a slightly wobbly look or an outline if it’s not perfectly flush with the rest of the windscreen.

The other way capitalism has killed Hollywood that he neglected to mention is that nobody can justify spending $25 each on one movie when they’re spending 90% of thier pay on rent…

Seems like a dead end technology: they say it would be slightly more efficient in certain circumstances in future, but then that in those circumstances it still might not be…
