Tried to make this file to show how this looks and moves. Interested in any info what it is, why or where
Ah, yes, the northern crested spinny boi.
You may be looking for “armillary sphere”?
Multi-axis concentric rings come in plenty of flavors.

Cool link. Those spheres demonstrate orbits. This thing is distinctively empty at the center. For some reason it’s important that there’s nothing there
As mentioned by more context is required, but the first idea that came is the Orrery or some atom/planetary system:
Related: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orrery (…is a mechanical model of the Solar System that illustrates or predicts the relative positions and motions of…)
I tried to make the file look like it especially for gathering that more context. It’s pretty much the only thing I know of it
I am sorry, but “creating a file” may literally be anything, too, including just recording, downloading, renaming it etc.
Is it possible to share the actual source of the file, and what were the circumstances you’ve got one?
Based on reading your “context” in other replies in this thread, it’s an animation you made in Blender, based on an imagination you saw in a dream, hypnagogic state, drug-induced hallucination or a psychotic episode.
It isn’t based on any real object.
It’s a file I made to represent the actual thing somewhere. I wasn’t dreaming, hypnotized, drugged or mentally unstable while learning of it.
Realness is a weird scale. Can we touch it depends on where it is and how one gets there? It’s as real as any other knowledge… of a crocodile, of a planet, of concepts. The blender animation is just a form of media to show it
This looks an awful lot like what a gyroscope looks like when it’s moving.
That’s what some redditor also posted. But the actual object seems huge, why is there a gyroscope somewhere out there
Are you saying that you witnessed this thing? With your eyes? With a telescope? Where were you?
Why are you being so vague in your replies?
Gimbal lock diagram perhaps? With the star background it makes me think it could also be related to the solar system but that doesnt really match any orbits exactly.
So the discs would be representing some systems orbits? I think the discs are solid tho, not rings like we see in diagrams
Like the other comment said, without more context this could be anything. I could claim its a couple of Sonic rings animated together and no one could really prove otherwise besides the apparent starry background.
Did you perhaps watch thirteen ghosts at some point? Because your animation looks a lot like a part of the machine in that movie, the “Basileus Machine”. To be clear, it’s entirely fictious.
Hmmm so some kind of a space federation parliament… If the discs are hollow and have representatives in they might get dizzy

It’s an animation of a bunch of rotating rings that occasionally align.
You’re really going to need to provide more context.

It seems like it’s pretty huge and in space
But truly I’m also looking for more context, someone else has probably experienced the same object

I’m still confused. Are you saying that you have seen this object in reality? Please describe your experience with this as best and thoroughly as you can.
