Yeah, well I worked at McDonalds for four years and I’d always put 30 nuggets in a 20-piece!

I believe I was on the receiving end of one of these acts of magnitude. I was pretty drunk at the time, but I remember looking down and muttering, “Huh. Eleven.”

Bad. He should put 9 instead, ruining the enemy’s reputation from the inside.

Good.
But, how did you take this picture?

I expect mcd doing the math and throwing a full scale investigation if delivery of x nuggets did not led to the sale of x/10 boxes.

I mean things can get damaged in transit or go bad or anything else, so not really. Maybe if everyone in the MCD did so (since 10 to 11 is a ~9% reduction in sales), but if it's only this guy it'd easily go unnoticed.

I spend about 5-8,000 every 3 days on ordering those fucking nuggets. I have aboun 0.13% go missing each month. That amounts to about 1,400$ worth of lost nuggets (in sale cost, not product cost).
So yeah, we can notice that

That much damage stands out and would be treated equal.

I was literally in charge of this, kinda I counted inventory and made sure the order would be balanced at the end of every month and we would inevitably be off by too much, you fudge the numbers and pass it on unless it’s too high so this could probably be swept under the rug.
