Maybe you are suffering from Analysis paralysis. It might be a good time to choose one skill to focus on that will let you get what you want

It sounds like you’re in a rough spot. It’s great that you at least have tons of ideas, but it would help to make progress on a few of them. Are any of your ideas reaching out to you as something you should focus on?

Honestly with the pandemic + war + AI crap you were born at a very unfortunate time. You’re not crazy for feeling like this trust me. Getting out seems really difficult, places like Georgia, Kazakhstan, etc are making it harder for Russians than it used to be…

Limit your plans to 3 at most. Think hard about these 3 plans. And they should be practical. I’m not in your shoes so I can’t relate but you have all the case studies, classes online once you figure out your plans.

Political Asylum.
Bring documentations (evidence)
Start filiming stuff… like a sort of documentary…
Go where people protest, capture footage, especially scenes where police are beating protesters, add commentary, doesn’t have to be perfect, just good enough that the average viewer understands it. Make sure to add a lot of criticism against Putin.
Travel to a country you like (preferrably a western democracy, NOT US since the US does not like refugees/asylees at this moment), probably on a tourist visa, those are the easiest to get, publish your “documentary” video on a youtube account with your real name and face, find a lawyer and have them help you get political asylum.

How else do you pursuade an immigration agent that you’re really a dissident under threat of persecution?

You speak english fluently, and I assume you speak russian as well. That’s an impressive skill to me! What about getting a TEFL certificate? I’ve known a few people who did that while living nomadically in vans. In that viable for russian citizens?

You write it very well! :)
I admit I’m not familiar with this world of teaching, but it seems like getting TEFL certified is a requirement for some places. I looked a bit at postings online, and from a quick glance it seems most of the UK postings require the CELTA certification? And the cost of this could be a deterrent for you
There’s this posting which doesn’t require any certification, but this review of the company had a specific complaint at the end that would scare me away, personally.
Here’s someone from Russia last year asking for advice. The commenters there suggest Vietnam, and I’ve seen elsewhere that east Asian countries have more demand. I have no idea if that would appeal to you - could you imagine yourself living there? This person has a bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field, so their path may be different than yours. Still, the non-native speaker wiki mentioned there could be a good read for you
I haven’t looked at the possibility of teaching russian, but I imagine you would also do well at that if the demand is there
If you’re serious about wanting out, the folks on the subreddit IWantOut will have better advice than mine 😅
For what it’s worth, I’ve struggled to get on a solid path too, and it always bothered me when people would give advice that sounded nice but was realistically never viable. I apologize if I’m doing the same now. I’m sorry your situation is so hard. You don’t deserve to cry when your only crimes were the circumstances of your birth. I’m glad you come here to vent, and I hope you continue to do so as long as it continues to help. Be well <3

Look for job in EU. Without higher education you have no chance for EU green card, BUT many states have systems of temporary stay permits for people who want to work there. In Poland there’s like million foreigners on these. The hard part is that you need to find job first. You’re not getting in without some company ready to employ you. Also if you lose your job, you aren’t allowed to be unemployed for more than 30 days or your permit expires.
You can get away with communicative English, but as a Russian basic polish should not be massively difficult to learn
You don’t have to move for life, just for few years until the whole war thing goes away. Putler won’t draft you to die in some shit ridden trench in Ukraine if you’re not in Russia in the first place

You’re online, so I would research ways to actually leave the country. I can’t help you with that, because I have no knowledge in that regard, but I’m sure there must be ways, it’ll not be easy though. I hope you’ll find a way.

You’re online, which means you have a staggering array of education resources at your fingertips. Pick one thing you really like to do, then get to work. Preferably something that can also earn. Deep dive. Become proficient.
If you burn out or get stuck, try again with a new topic. Just keep upgrading your mind and you’ll eventually hit something that works.
You can do this.
