  Still remember the old VHS store we had in my village in Norway. We saw The Neverending Story, which blew my tiny little mind clean out of the atmosphere. Later, we rented The Neverending Story II, but I had to hide behind the sofa… The armoured giants were so scary.

  Could be the anticipation of a tight knit group of people doing a shared activity is not getting the credit it deserves. Like looking forward to a holiday, it’s the ritual and familiar rhythm of the movie night with the refreshing new experience at the core which brings us joy. It’s the best of both tradition and novelty.
