    Yep, sprained my ankle for the first time over a year ago and it seems to have been permanently damaged.

  Could be some sort of chronic inflammation. Because you eat too much sugars and carbs. Could even be pre diabetic. Regular blood sugar spikes can wreck havoc inside your body.

  Like I had some sort of chronic tendinitis and it only went away after is started to eat healthier and less frequently.
