  The branches are all tangled together, you could just pull the cut branch out. Perhaps use a rope.

    It’s a fairly small diameter, enough to hurt you if you’re unlucky, but i bet you’d get away with it. …assuming it’s pine/softwood.

      Right, but “how” did they get the saw all the way through without pinching? “Why” dose it look like they didn’t cut a notch? And, “what” were they thinking?
