I’m no geoguesser, but I can inform you that I took it myself from my home that’s more than 800 km from München and thus nowhere near any part of Bayern 😁

When they say 30% of main they mean 30% of the models predicated rain somewhere in your area. It might be raining a mile away.

Also, meteorologists learned a long time ago to hedge on the side of rain, since people are mildly annoyed when you say it will rain and it doesn’t, but fucking pissed when you say it won’t rain and it does.
