So what? Most books sit on shelves unread until they are recycled by Half Priced Books. Might as well use them until they fall apart instead of display them to look smart.

Around here they call them little libraries, they have roofs and doors (like a little house), and the books still get beat the hell up because hardly anyone wants to read YA Christian romance novels or F-tier dover math books.

Ours have stuffed animals too. When my kid gets a new one, we wash and donate one to the library in a sealed bag. Ours have much better books than that forced religion crap though.

Found LOTR 1 so now I had to buy the 2… Nice getting back to that book though, it’s crazy how much better it is compared to the bombed down films.
