    Looks to me like someone gave their kid a wire wheel, a couple cans of paint, and some bondo, and told them to go have fun.

      I’m guessing you’ve never seen a car getting prepped for new paint then. The panels are sanded down and bare metal is showing. This is probably going to get painted this weekend. Not everyone has two cars, so they’re driving this around while in the mean time.
