    Excercise moderation as best you can and not let it get to that point in the first place. Once you’re there only way back is to detox and start over.

    Take a break, or try different activities when you get down with the ganja. If your norm is to get blasted and watch YouTube or play video games, try some light exercise like an outdoor walk or visiting downtown ships if you have them. Try a new restaurant or go to the cinema. If it’s nice out rent a bike or explore a city park or nature trail.

    When I’m stuck in a rut sometimes it helps to just try something new. It’s hard to get myself out of the house but I always enjoy myself when I do. Sometimes I wake up before my fiance on the weekends and walk the dog to downtown or there’s a coffee shop + dispensary wla shirt walk away.

      It may be legal in many places now, but it’s not legal to be intoxicated in public on any substance in most places. If you are going to do that have a sober person with you to monitor. Especially the first time.

    Same,had to put my dog down 8 days I to 2024 and decide that I’m not participating in this year, so I just stayed home getting baked watching all the old shows we used to watch together.

    Turns out I really enjoy my own company over others, so I think I might extend it into next year.
