- Comment on Is there a website or youtube channel that does stuff so you can learn something everyday? Like an IWTL website or channel? 2 weeks ago:
My son loves Behind the Bastards and there are tons of episodes. I want to learn the stuff but i find it too chatty.
- Comment on Is there a way I can become Baptized a Catholic without going to school or memorizing all the saints I am 37? Always thought it would be an honor to be Catholic. Like being knighted. 2 weeks ago:
If you get a good teacher it’s super interesting- lots of history.

- Comment on When did the world change to the so called hashtag? When I was younger it was only the pound sign. So hashtag Taylor Swift still reads in my mind pound Taylor Swift? 3 weeks ago:
Dude. I invited a coworker over for happy hour awhile back. She arrived after everyone else had left. I showed her a jar of hash i made. I didn’t know she would take a bite of it. We had a couple bottles of champagne. Shit got weird and she called her husband for a ride home about 2am.

I think it was always called a hash but we read it as pound or number…7# or #7. Like how we say ‘and’ instead of saying ampersand.
- Comment on When did Saturday Night Live get so cringe? 4 weeks ago:
It’s like the stock market - some days it’s better and some days it’s worse and you have to be in it for the long haul.

The passing that will hopefully begin the decline of the maga cult.

Was that the brunch comment? No biggie. It’s not a super serious discussion- just an internet post on No Stupid Questions. A certain percentage of responses are expected to be negativish. That’s what keeps the web spinning.
If all the magats who posted HE IS RISEN yesterday (for their friends to see) actually went to church, my favorite brunch places would be easier to get into.

- Comment on Is there a place online to ask for Non Money donations? like books, jerseys, or whatever? kind of like go fund me or kickstarter without giving someone money kind of like a gofundme donations thing? 2 months ago:
Facebook marketplace has free things.
- Comment on Realistcly how much can be cleaned out of a house, as a child of a hourder? 2 months ago:
Inherited a 3 bedroom house from my mom and it was full (overfull) of her stuff. My house had 4 full bedrooms. Both had full garages. Like you, it’s just stuff- not trash , though some was old mail and magazines.
I have big trash pickup every Wednesday. I usually put things on the curb on Saturday and Sunday and much of it is gone before the trash people come. I like knowing that it’s going to someone instead of a landfill.
Other items were donated to a local organization that runs a thrift store.
About 40 bags of clothing and bedding went to my cleaning lady. She keeps what she can use and the rest goes to her church. They offer it to people here and the rest goes to the border. We tease that in a few months we will turn on the news to see everyone at the border dressed like my mom. ❤️
The ‘mementos’ or items that i feel nostalgic or sentimental about - I’ve learned that it takes me 3 times of interacting with items to decide what i definitely want to keep and what can go. I’ve also learned to be ok with that. I can narrow from 10 boxes to 7, then to 5, and if those sit in a closet for s year before i do more, so be it.

- Comment on [NSQ] What are you actually looking forward to this year? 2 months ago:
Hoping my son ends his break with us.
Making a decision about retirement and hopefully not regretting it.
- Comment on Where are the marketing volunteers? 3 months ago:
That’s us. When we write reviews or share things.
Off topic- I never understand why people in commercials are so awkward when they recommend things. I send things to my friends all the time…check out these yoga pants with pockets, Kroger has blackberries on sale, look at Kitty Lulu in the new dog bed, etc. Why is it so hard for fakers to appear genuine?
- Comment on How do you "process" hundreds of tabs you haven't gotten a change to go through? 3 months ago:
A topic comes up and I remember that I have a bookmark about that topic and that’s usually the only way I get back to it.
Occasionally I block off time, like 15 minutes, where I scroll through and delete the ones that I no longer care about. Kind of the same thing I do with emails and photos.
- Comment on How do you "process" hundreds of tabs you haven't gotten a change to go through? 3 months ago:
I bookmark them and close them so at least they’re out of sight.
- Comment on Say, the country/countries you have citizenship in, decided to not want you anymore and threw you to some random "3rd world country", how do you survive? 4 months ago:
I work in healthcare and husband works in engineering. Hopefully we could live cheaply enough to survive on the $ we have and possibly be viewed as helpful enough to the community to gain some level of security.
- Comment on Lol, lmao even. 4 months ago:
Can it get the trash into the trash bin and the recycling into you recycling bin? The intelligent thing in my house is lacking in this area. Also, with changing the toilet paper. Who’s working on these important issues?
- Comment on I just learned 37% of Americans fear vaccinating their dog will cause the dog to develop autism. 😐 4 months ago:
Children from international adoptions sometimes have something like an acquired autism - life is completely regulated and food and water and needed items are delivered and removed on schedules and the child has no impact on their environment. I had a couple of greyhounds that were trained to race as pups. They had some AU tendencies. I bet some other pups develop those to.

- Comment on when are the upcoming political elections held in america? 5 months ago:
Check out vote411.org
You can see what’s on ballots in different states. You’ll see that there will be elections in the spring for primaries - where they narrow the field for the bigger election in November.
- Comment on Why isn't the rest of the world doing anything about the USA? 6 months ago:
I’m mostly surprised that there’s been little response to the boat blasting.

Could you add a small wireless fan to circulate air and make better use of the heat you have? Sort of a DIY convection?
