Short-earth creationism (7,000 years from zero to human) is ridiculous.

The Earth is probably under 100 years old, since all of the people I personally know and trust are unable to provide first hand confirmation of its existence beyond that time frame.

The Earth is 5 days old, since it has been 5 days since the Thursday.

I’m baised toward tall-earth destructionism myself (infinate to the start of the universe is the only true explanation.) The earth is a chad whom monopolizes all the stacies and doesn’t leave any for the rest of the men.

You could say that…what with the theory first being proposed by a Catholic priest (who was also an astronomer, mathematician, and physicist).
