- Comment on PC gamers spend 92% of their time on older games, oh and there are apparently 908 million of us now 1 week ago:
I saw a stat on Civ VI steam page today that 45 000 people were playing it at that moment. That counts for something!
- Comment on The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remake Will Reportedly Be Revealed Soon, and Released Not Long After That 2 weeks ago:
Mod support? Between this and Skyblivion, the one with better mod support wins.

Why do they have to make fun of republicans?
- Comment on Baldur's Gate 3 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 show that the future of RPGs is in games way more ambitious, weird and unexpected than anything Bethesda and Bioware have to offer 3 weeks ago:
It’s also ironic that BG3 is continuation of Bioware’s own franchise.

Oh my, you had me just now realize: As long as US aid is coming into the Ukraine, putin is finally right: he is, technically, fighting against nazis - US.

As a reader, that’s definitely why I do condemn overly negative books and other media. Even after reading all horror books available in the library as a teenager. Life’s complicated enough by itself.

- Comment on Android games 2 months ago:
The “play games” can. Three filters I always use in combination: “Premium” (i.e), “no ads”, “no in-app purchases”. In the current version of the app you have to scroll quite down to find these.
- Comment on Android games 2 months ago:
Actually the official google “play games” app has a nice feature that should be included in play store: it can filter for games without purchases.
Other than that, the mentioned minireview app has good filters.

- Comment on Japan appears to be confused about Christmas 2 months ago:
I believe US doesn’t understand christmas, what’s with the bastardized SAiNT(a) niCoLAUS, dressed in Coca Cola costume, instead of the baby jesus celebration. Eh, anyway, as a frugal agnostic, I don’t care either way.

Same. Losing felt quite arbitrary and random to me.
- Comment on Do you have any recommendations for casual games? 3 months ago:
You can’t expect people to understand the acronym of a game you are just introducing :) Google tells me you mean “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild”.

Is Rimworld chill though? It’s been sitting on my waitlist for a while, but I’m still a bit…afraid. Doesn’t each colony ultimately go to shit?
