Because the poster was 12 when the Clone Wars TV show was out and people think what they watched as a kid was good basically automatically.

I didn’t watch it as a kid but actually as an adult and it does hold up in my opinion. The clones are some of the most intriguing and interesting characters, probably because they’re, at face value, just clones.

And that’s an interesting premise to people that would also be surprised that identical twins can have different personalities.

I watched all of clone wars shortly after season 7 came out and loved it. Quite a few boring episodes (if you see jar jar just skip the episode) but the good ones are amazing and outnumber the bad. I was in my mid 20s at the time.

Eh. Watch must of it for the first time in my 30s. It’s pretty good. In fact, it makes the hot garbage that was the prequel series less terrible by doing the world building and character development that Lucas thought was unimportant in the films (ex. Count Dooku is basically just an “also there” character that’s somehow the primary villain in Ep. 2; there’s nothing really compelling about the character in the films, except for Christopher Lee’s acting ability).

Thanks to the tv show. The movies didn’t do anything.
