Memes aside just cutting porn (or whatever else gets you off) for even a week or two teaches you a lot about yourself. You can do the same for any habit you want

The meme around NNN is not just quitting porn tho, people don’t wack off in November and some don’t even fuck their SO. Really weird behavior. If it was just about cutting porn I could understand.
