Wanted to import the discussion about this address from the other place.

It’s super nice but no way it’s worth $50M+ right? It’s not even in the part of the Yarra where you could go for a swim.

Whilst I like to see what crazy houses bigly huge money can get you… you’d need an army of people for the upkeep with something like that.

The entry is so grey and dull. The terrace though with the pool, wow. And all those windows.

Just Googled most expensive house sale in Melbourne, $52m. This is a nice house overall but most expensive ever in Melbourne? I dunno.

Little bit exorbitant innit? I like the tucked away privacy parts of it but imagine trying to clean it. Or get from one side to the other, not to mention stairs.

Also I could never afford that and don’t think anything should cost that much. If I could afford it I’d probably take somewhere more modest and help others out with the remainder

Or rent rooms out cheap to friends
