Hey I’ll have you know that in Australia an ambulance can cost >$1000 without insurance!
The problem is so serious that they run seminars in schools telling students to not hesitate calling for ambulances, because human lives are worth more than $1000.

Fair enough. I’m pretty sure it costs something where I live, but everything else would be free.
