    Toast the buns, lots of whole leaf lettuce is on the bottom layer on the bread as it protects from juices.

      I think I got the wrong order chef!

      (First time ever despite my trolling since our reddit days. A Birmingham Balti is a UK thing and typically uses chicken breast, only place you can buy one in Melbs is BaseCamp in Northcote. Loved the factory / coal power plant though :D)
