made a… I dunno what your call it. One Pot? Veg and meat curry? Ratatouille? Whatever, made a thing last night. Not a huge veg guy, but cause it was all mixed in with some chorizo and chicken it was amazing. Woke up still thinking about it this morning. Didn’t even follow a recipe, just took some inspiration from a YouTube video and made some changes.
