Cethin@lemmy.zip 3 months agoYeah, it’s not a brand man. That’s part of what makes it great. A brand is something created to profit off of, which always ends up worse for the end user. Linux is not there to make profit. It’s whole purpose of existing is to serve the user.

What are they selling? It’s free. It’s not being sold.
