JasonDJ@lemmy.zip 2 months agoNot only that, but mammal milk is literally hormone soup. Including estrogen. And soy doesn’t actually contain the same type of estrogen. They contain isoflavones including plant estrogen (phytoestrogen). Similar but different chemical, with different bioavailability in mammals.
