Is this a joke? You say you were doing the same thing as the HR people, i.e. posting fake applications so why is this getting voted up?

When I was starting out I would post copy job postings for the position I wanted and then post a fake version so I could see what sort of resumes I’d be competing against.
The take away from doing that: put effort into the design of your resume - make it a pdf and never send a word doc.

I’m just sharing relevant information. It’s not just HR people posting fake jobs, it’s also other job hunters checking out the competition.
