  May of been original to the house in the 60’s, this wall mount still worked until house sold in '09.

      Cuz it was part of the estate and I kept it as a momento of my childhood. All the dialing a pain, especially international, so I did not try and use in my home.

  Good question, I suppose it varies by company, or maybe country. At any rate I used it in the 90s, so I still would’ve met your telco’s cutoff date! Sounds like you used em too, so evidence that it is possible OP did continues to grow. There’s at least two of us!
