  God I fucking hate this comment. Yes the poster could have just googled it. But you know what? I had never thought about what’s in those towers. So I clicked on the topic to come to comments and learn something. Instead I find your snarky worthless comment that contributes even less than the OP. Asking questions on here is a way to share curiosity and foster discussion. And lemmy needs more content, not less. So I hope no one takes your comment to heart.

    I wonder if the prior commenter, during a date, just goes, “Why are you asking? Just Google it.” Over and over.

    They’re an elitist that doesn’t realize comments like their’s that stifle curiosity are the entire reason this community exists on nearly every platform.
