Another work person wanting something early this morning disturbing my personal time.
I’m a little irritated by it today and eating into my coffee time early in the moment.
I need to learn to deflect and defer them for later and to be able to tell them that in person.

Just remove the option of contacting you before hours. I have to take teams off my phone every couple of weeks for the same reason.

I enjoy my coffee in the car rather than the office to avoid this kind of situation… Not ideal though
