yakko@feddit.uk 2 days agoLooks good enough! All the ones I end up with are usually closer to 8" at most, and I ended up shifting the pan awkwardly to heat it evenly.

Not OP but the GE Cafe line has a big “burner” like this for a large pan. And physical turn knobs for control.
