A ton of water is just one cubic meter, so I suppose it’s still not big enough to make jack-o’latern house.

So maybe it’s possible to grow a pumpkin large enough for a horse carriage and nobody has done it yet?

Unlikely to get a carriage, as I believe the nature of their flesh would collapse. Thye do however get big enough for a 1 person chariot.
