Characters, location, even scenarios seem generic as fuck. Lacking the spice that GTA5 had.

Seems like the writing has done the classic error of not endearing anyone to the viewer.

Didn‘t they fire the main writer for the games up until GTA5 or RDR2 almost a decade ago? The guy then went on to create his own studio and develop some crypto slop that is regarded as the worst game that released that year.

It’s like I’m taking crazy pills.

3 months from release we get a trailer with some gameplay, and it doesn’t look exciting. The movement during the shooting looks clunky as fuck, and reminds me of the stick-to-cover games of late 2000s.

I played all GTAs and liked both RDRs, but this just doesn’t pull me in. Graphics are great and I’m sure we have a huge map with lots of stuff to do, but the gameplay and mechanics seem dated.
