    Week starts on Monday in ISO 8601, and thus in most programming languages by default.

      Weekend as in both ends. End can already mean extreme points of something.

    That makes no sense. There are only 7 days in a week. If you go every other day that’s 3.5 times a wrek.

      You round up and add one. So every other day means 5 out of 7 days… obviously.
