I’m required to use AI at work, so I skip training and have claude burn tokens on a summary of the transcript which I won’t read. Sometimes job requirements handle each other.

You are doing it wrong, you need to get Claude to summarise the summary until you get down to a one sentence, peak efficiency

“Summarize this in 500 words or less” -> “Whats the Cliffnotes 100 word version of this.” -> “Whats the quick bullet point version of this.” -> “Whats a good single word to summarise this bullet point.”
