Could be aftermath of a C-section. Husband takes picture while wife gets sutures and baby is momentarily away getting initial check-up.
Probably not their first rodeo either.

You’re supposed to watch the baby like a hawk, take note of any identifying birthmarks. Literally do not take your eyes off the baby until it has the bracelet.
