useless_modern_god@aussie.zone â¨2⊠â¨days⊠agoI assume youâre talking mainly about steak. I didnât know it was a thing until the last 3-5 years I started noticing steaks on the various food subreddits that were all cut up before serving.
It makes sense if itâs a big sub-primal cut that is shared amongst the table but other than that I would cut as I go.

By the sound of it, itâs everything. Your average American might sit down to a parma and chips and cut it all up into little strips first, then discard the knife and just eat with the fork
