Comment on How best to open a blueberry?

This all a bit dull for my humor, so how about attempt to make it more dull. If you think this is an anatomical fact about blueberries, it is not. That disc is round.
The calyx, which are the sepals attached to the fruit give it the look of the torx shape in some cases. This is simply due to it having five united sepals that are reminiscent of a star shape themselves. The sepals are modified leaves that protect the flower bud during development which are fused to blueberry fruits but I digress.
The scar from the calyx, which is the disc in the middle where the actual flower petals, nectory, and sexy bits once were connected is round.

Most importantly, you need to size this using a security Torx bit, not a hex Torx bit, like the nob in the original post. Flower parts arranged in units of 5, thank you very much. Use a hexagonal Torx bit and you’ll strip the berry. No wonder the twit went through so many. Its not a damn lily.

Closer to a hexagonal Allen wrench than a torx. Still more round than anything else.

You also get 6-lobed security Torx, so you’d need to specify a 5-lobe security Torx-plus bit.
