The Shawshank Redemption should have won Best Picture that year. The only reason it didn’t is because it’s a sad story and people like happy stories more.

Ok then, “Forrest Gump” is one of the most overrated movies in history. Honestly I hated everything about it and I never will understand peoples reverence for it. Shawshank is an infinitely better movie.
