Not everyone has a console. And those who have it, might be at work and could plan around to come later to home. :-) These articles aren’t bad to have, they just report what is happening.

Seems at the time the article was published, the status page was showing green across the board. They updated the page after the fact, and then the article updated to include that.

Status page probably took a while to “realize” its offline. They do not operate on realtime.
