    I thought I was the only one. It’s time to take my bottle to the lab to confirm its3not just fucking sugar pills. Been popping 50MG of that shit for nothing at this point.

        I’m sorry, I misread the label. I guess that’s part of what lack of sleep does to me 🤣.

        This is what I take, and it works I would say like 20% of the times (or those times I’m just so tired I think it’s the melatonin?)
