Yeah, it’s technically true lol
If your parents were infertile than you wouldn’t exist so you wouldn’t have kids either.
Nothing in that sentence implies that you not being able to have kids means your parents couldn’t have kids.

Adoptedness is only partially heritable; if one of your parents is adopted, chances are you’re 50% adopted too.
