Fuck malitol.
it IS malitol, internets was making me think I knew it wrong all along, ( fuck internets, I used to use it to fact check, now it’s getting worse than useless )
I used to see that stuff in a lab on a shelf and had it by the brown glass jar
if you ingest it it’s a diuretic
fuck the whole sugar alcohol family of sweeteners.

indeed, I once ate a tiny little packet of fruit ones, 50g was enough for full effect 😐
