forkDestroyer@infosec.pub 1 day agoIt might surprise you (pleasantly or horrifically lol) to learn that there’s a large group of people specifically doing one meal a day (referred to as OMAD) as a form of hardcore intermediate fasting.
That being said, they make sure they get the proper amount of calories/macros in for this (they’re not just eating a slice of bread and butter), so I understand that you’re not referring to this style of eating.
Still wanted to bring it up though. Wild stuff.

Sounds like the easiest way to count your calories and macros. Plus saves you time during the day. Is it good for you though?

It’s yet another type of intermittent fasting. I bet it’s good for some people, but honestly: if you have access to affordable nutritionists: ask one and see if it would be good for your body type.
