  The new Superman movie has a side plot about Superman and Lois disagreeing on the meaning of “punk rock”. Lois thinks it’s about questioning everything, telling truth to power, getting angry. Clark thinks in our modern political climate, being kind and hopeful and loving is “the real punk rock”. Clark’s musical tastes are still pretty normie tho

    Lois makes sense when it comes to government/ corporations, Clark makes sense when it comes to other individual humans.

        Yeah, I may not be the most outwardly punk but I’ve never met a punk that doesn’t live and die by “be cool to each other and fuck the government”
