    Well, they’re speaking English in the text exchange, so that narrows it down to just all the countries where English is a commonly used second or third language. Which is uhhhhhh most of them.

        It doesn’t actually say the currency is dollars though, but I guess the language still rules it out, and it is unlikely to be £30k.
