  I require 10hr to be optimal. 8hr is a bare minimum and if I get less than 8, do not count on me to do shit.

    for me its 11-12 hours, 8 hours in the morning and another 3-4 hours in the afternoon

      For me it’s the same, except I’ll usually squeeze in a 2-4 hour nap to freshen up in the evening.

    2 tones in my life where I’ve slept for more than a day, once was 32 hours, another was roughly 36. Best sleep ever.
