Iunno, even squishy seems like it would hurt a lot coming out of a hole that size. Like, would you use a soft silicone sounding rod the size of a bowling pen? Hell, even the size of a sharpie if you haven’t worked up to the size?

the only difference between a sounding gong and a screaming man, is the rod you use.
the bigger the rod, the mightier the sound. the mightier the sound the bigger the rod.
