If you have pets, donāt buy one with the felt type cover. You can NEVER get the fur off. But if you do, be extra careful when changing bed linen that the furry family members donāt get near the exposed electric blanket, they will leave their hairy legacy there forever.

Well, my current cat will only come to bed once it has already warmed up. Sheās only interested in being warmed, not doing the warming. Mr Woof does pre-warm a small section of bed, but he leaves to do his security patrols when I go to bed. So I really think an electric blanket would be a more reliable option.
