Lemmy is very reactive to such content, so it’s a common instrument to spark wars out of thin air.

This meme could be made by a chud using a random women’s photo. It maybe a low chance by I wouldnt be surprised. Those communities make and spread a ton of these types of posts.

As someone who personally knows someone whose photo got used on r/fatpeoplehate with a fake caption, yeah, it’s very possible.
